Client Record
Every call
handled.
The following accounts represent a cross-section of our work. Names are used with permission. Scenarios are representative. No two situations are identical — and neither is our response to them.
The unit was rent-ready by Thursday. They arrived at 11pm Tuesday, and by Wednesday afternoon I had a signed clearance report in my inbox. I didn't have to explain the situation to anyone — they already understood.

The documentation package they delivered was exactly what we needed to close the claim. Air quality readings, before-and-after surface testing, chain-of-custody for all biohazardous materials. I've processed 40+ remediation claims. This was the cleanest file I've seen.

Peak season. Saturday morning. The room was back in service by 2pm. Not a single guest was aware anything had occurred. The crew wore maintenance uniforms, used service elevators, and communicated through a single point of contact on my team. This is what professionalism looks like.

I didn't know such a service existed. My attorney referred me. From the first call, no one asked me to describe anything I wasn't ready to describe. They assessed the property, gave me a written scope, and handled everything. My family never had to see it.

A workplace incident occurred on a Thursday. By Friday morning, the space had been fully remediated and my employees returned to a normal office environment on Monday. The discretion was absolute. The crew identified themselves only as "facilities contractors." No one in the office knew.

We've worked with Remediate on over 80 scenes across Bergen County. Their protocol adherence is exceptional. They understand chain-of-custody, they understand the legal implications of their work, and they understand that their documentation may become evidence. That's not something you train in a weekend.

Protocol
How we
work.
Six steps. Every time. The protocol doesn't change because the situation is unusual — it exists precisely because situations are unusual.
Initial Contact
One call. No intake forms, no photographs required. A specialist answers 24/7 and asks only what they need to dispatch correctly. You describe as much or as little as you're ready to describe.
Discreet Dispatch
Technicians arrive in unmarked white vehicles. No logos. No signage. Uniforms are configurable as maintenance, facilities, or restoration contractors — whatever your property context requires.
Containment & Assessment
The site is secured and assessed before remediation begins. A written scope is provided. Nothing proceeds without your authorization. Air quality baseline is recorded.
Remediation
All biohazardous materials are removed, contained, and transported per OSHA and EPA protocols. Surface decontamination proceeds to clearance-level standards, not aesthetic ones.
Clearance Testing
Independent air quality and surface testing confirms remediation to OSHA permissible exposure limits. Results are provided in writing. No clearance report means the job isn't finished.
Documentation Package
A complete file — scope of work, clearance certificates, chain-of-custody manifests, and insurer-ready reports — is delivered within 24 hours. Formatted for direct submission to insurance carriers.
Credentials
The authority
to do this.
Certification isn't a marketing claim — it's a legal requirement for this work. Every technician, every vehicle, every protocol carries current documentation.
